AFM Advantage Technologies provides an AI-native educational preparation ecosystem, including computer-based examination (CBE) simulations, autonomous reasoning tutors, automated rubric grading, and corporate finance case-study evaluation tools specifically engineered for candidates preparing for professional finance examinations.

2. User Accounts & Session Security

To access simulation dashboards and practice modules, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration credentials.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login information.
Refrain from sharing account access. Accounts are licensed on an individual basis. To prevent abuse, the platform monitors single-active device sessions and reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in credential distribution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials made available through the Service—including proprietary marking frameworks, case studies, software code, UI interfaces, automated prompts, and algorithmic evaluation rubrics—are the exclusive intellectual property of AFM Advantage Technologies. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, crawl, or scrape platform data or model outputs without express written authorization.

Evaluations reflect automated benchmark comparisons against published marking principles and should be utilized as prep guidance.
While the system is engineered to simulate examination marking schemes accurately, AFM Advantage does not guarantee specific scores or pass outcomes in official examinations.
Users are expected to engage with the reasoning agent for authentic learning. Any attempt to abuse API endpoints or inject malicious inputs will result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFM Advantage Technologies and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your access to or inability to access the Service.

We reserve the right to refine, modify, or update platform features, pricing tiers, and these Terms at any time to accommodate system improvements and infrastructure updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
